STEVIE COE
With several years' experience as a working actor, Stevie created Brick and Pin Films in the Autumn of 2002, aiming to create a company that would produce compelling and marketable projects.
Recently, Stevie produced a promo for the comedy sketch show, THIS IS NOT A LIST SHOW which will be pitched to comedy production companies later this summer.
Last year he produced OUT OF THE BLUE, a short film drama for Fourth Flight Films. Previous to this he produced, wrote and played the title character in Brick and Pin's quirky short FLUFFY which has enjoyed success at worldwide film festivals including the Cannes Short Film Corner 2007, Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films 2007, Festival Opalcine 2008 and Spike Lee's online festival, Bablegum. Stevie has also co-written a feature film entitled MIND OVER MATTER with fellow Director Andrea Thornton.
Other recent projects include NORMAN FORMBY INVESTIGATES, a comedy series for radio, which Stevie has written and recorded.
ANDREA THORNTON
Prior to Brick and Pin, Andrea spent the early part of her career working as an actress. However, after working alongside a few 'key players' within the film industry, she realised that putting together her own production company with like minded, driven people was a natural progression. It was at this time that Stevie Coe approached Andrea to create Brick and Pin Films. Since this time Andrea has worked both here and in the States.
She worked as Associate Producer on the American feature 'Kalamazoo?', a comedy drama directed by David O'Malley. The film is already enjoying success both in the US and Europe. The cast includes Claire Bloom, Chita Rivera, Michael Boatman, Rene Taylor, Steven Roy & Mayim Bialik. Click here to view the official website:

Most recently Andrea has just produced fantasy thriller 'ARK' directed by Mal Woolford, shot in one continuous take with no edits, building pressure from the off to create a taut, wordless thriller. Completed this July we were thrilled to get it straight onto the festival circuit where it premiered at the The Space4 Shorts Film Festival on the 2nd July.
Andrea has also produced three other shorts; Comedy noir, 'Hooded' with Bennett McGhee of Silvertown Films (funding and support kindly donated by 'Working Title Films' among other top industry professionals), Directed by Adam Randall; quirky comedy 'Fluffy' (part funded by Film London and Lewisham & Southwark Film Initiative) directed Mal Woolford and the dark, seedy thriller, 'RedBlack' also directed by Mal. The films are currently enjoying worldwide success on the film festival circuit.
Andrea has also produced a Viral Ad for the Department for Transport as part of their 'THINK!' campaign, working alongside advertising giants AMV BBDO.
Since starting Brick and Pin Andrea has co-written Brick and Pin's feature length, psychological thriller, 'Mind Over Matter' with fellow director Stevie Coe.
Andrea is currently in development producing a true life period feature depicting the life and times of an infamous and legendary criminal.
